At Lalambik we celebrate the Book Day in Valencia, opening the studio to the artistic process, illustration, and the written word. During the days 22, 23 y 24 In April we will meet with all of you to explore how art engages with literature and books in the contemporary creative process. To this end, we have prepared workshops and exhibitions of watercolor, drawing, folding art, collage and photographic printing techniques.
In addition to the workshops, several illustrated books will also be presented and their stories told, creating an ideal environment for imagination, knowledge and the exchange of ideas between authors, artists and the public.
In this way, each visitor will be able to approach art, to book We believe that in these dystopian times, it is more important than ever to value art, critical thinking, and culture in general! We also believe that reading in a practical and participatory way is essential for a positive and engaging experience.
