December 13, 14 and 15 in Lalambik
Benefits Valencia Hosts/València Acull
Postcards for the DANA is a solidarity project in which artists and art enthusiasts have joined together to raise funds for the victims of the floods. The proceeds from the sale of the postcards will go towards Valencia Welcomes which is an organization that helps people in an irregular situation who are greatly affected by this tragedy because they cannot access public administration aid.
The postcards will be A6 size for consistency, and you can submit original drawings or prints of your own. The theme is open: if you'd like to draw something related to the DANA storm, please avoid any political undertones or anything that might offend anyone. Other themes are also welcome, such as landscapes, animals, portraits, plants, or even Christmas themes. You can create new drawings or use older ones.
The drawings or prints will be sent by mail. The sale will take place in mid-December in Valencia, so we have set a submission deadline of December 2nd to ensure we receive them all.
The originals will be on sale for €10 and the prints for €3.
To send the postcards, please contact esperanzajim@gmail.com
